- I have just recently recieved information material I ordered from Eagle Computer
- Products.
-
- The PC Cards offered are *NO* bridgeboards. They are All-in-one-PC-Cards.
- That means, they do not offer access to any of the Amiga hardware. The card
- has to be equipped with its own RAM, Cache, HD, Floppy, SVGA-Card etc.
- Grafic, sound etc. can be added by certain modules (I believe, they were
- called PC/IPC 104 or some like that).
- In a certain way, you have a complete PC in your tower. The only connection
- between the PC and the Amiga is the power supply. To make a data connection,
- you are free to choose between serial, paralell and Ethernet.
-
- Again, these are *no* bridgeboards that would allow two processors running
- on the same surface. You even need a second keyboard and a second monitor.
- Eagle offers a switch-adapter to easily connect a single monitor/keyboard
- to both computers.
